A couple of weeks ago I was walking by our support desk and noticed that JP Sim, one of our Support Team members, was in the middle of a meeting. As I listened in, I noticed that this was not a normal support call but was something entirely different. He was going over Courthouse JMS’s payment process in detail. It was almost like a training seminar. After the call had ended, I asked him what he was up to. He said that he was showing clients specifics on the payment process through a “Function Lab” and that he was planning to do more in the future as part of CHT’s continuing education.
